An on-going programme of factory visits with associated product training ensures that our technical support staff are aware of the very latest developments and techniques.

Application training is tailored to the individual customers’ needs and is complemented by revised product training for new customer recruits. The training can be accompanied by a "testing and evaluation process", with those meeting the requirements being issued with a certificate of competency.
