| The ability to repair, maintain and calibrate laboratory instrumentation that we supply is an important aspect of our overall customer service policy. Accordingly, we offer a range of service and repair options including: - On-site service and repairs

- Service contracts or preventative service agreements (for specific equipment)
We hold a variety of specialist calibration-tools, -standards and calibrated instrumentation. To maintain a high level of service, we have an on-going programme of visits by our service technicians and engineers to the service-training centres of our principals. Repairs undertaken by our service department are guaranteed. Only original spare parts are used, to ensure that the equipment continues to perform within the manufacturers’ own specifications.  Manual Liquid Handling Products: On-site offer A certified, factory-trained technician can visit your premises (complete with all necessary equipment) in order to undertake an on-site evaluation of your pipettes. This will result in each pipette being classified and identified into one of three main categories. Where necessary, the technician will immediately issue a quote to service, repair and calibrate any failed or worn Gilson pipette. If required, on-site performance certificates may also be offered for any make of pipette. |
